Nevada or Not?

Enthusiasm for ferret legalization is picking up after a very successful booth at the Orange County Pet Expo. About 250 signed up and we are getting emails from people who saw the booth but didn't sign up.

It's been a hectic time with the Ferret Round Up but it is time to think ahead.

Every September LegalizeFerrets.org holds a "Legalize Ferrets Revival." This Septembers could be especially meaningful because we should be knee deep in our EIR.

I'd love to have a Revival where we could work with actual ferrets. Nevada comes to mind. So here is a poll - whaddya think?

I don't like the idea of having to travel far; simply because of fur-sitting logistics. That would mean a minimum 2 night trip for us, and it's hard to find good help.

It would be great to have a revival with real ferrets available. I would be interested in learning how the revival would be structured so that we stay focused on the important issues at hand besides having fun with the sweet furkids.

I love the idea of having a revival and having ferrets there, but then we have to leave our own ferrets with a sitter, plus it is really HOT in Las Vegas in September.
